After installing Call Pilot on CICS v. 6, Is there a way to adjust number of rings before subscribers mailbox answers? Right now its like 6 there must be a way to shorten also attendant does not pick up on internal extension to extension calls. Is there a way to enable ?

Ok, that makes sense, will try ,how about getting attendant to pick up on a extension to extension call??

If by attendant you mean the person's personal mailbox then you have to forward their extension to the voice mail DN.
