Phonetool,
The instructions that I sent will work in any release of Norstar. In more current versions, there would be fewer destination codes required (because wildcards can be used).
Let us know how it comes out.

I haven't been able to respond because we had
a voicemail system go down and the customer decided to buy a new system and went for the Panasonic TDA 200. Not my first choice but that's what the customer wanted so I have been on a cut for the last two days and about 5 hours of sleep between the two days. Anyway I haven't had a chance to try that information. I think the company I work for is going to try to sell them on an upgrade. butI will definitely keep that information on hand thanks again for sharing
