I have a MICS ver.6 I have installed MOH many times on CICS, etc. I am using a radio shack connector from the audio device - connected directly to port 117 or ext. 237 on the switch (which is the yellow orange pair.) All i get is static from the phone. I have also tried putting the cross connect to pair 25, there is no difference. From someone such as myself that has done this before I am very frustrated. Please help....

on a mics its actually yes yellow orange but on the 2nd 25pr anphenol hope this helps
