I did a search but didn't see anything about this. As part of an install I just did (CICS v7), we also installed a new CP100 (Vm 30.00.75.22) with the unified messaging option. The mail client is Outlook 2003 in an Exchange 2003 environment. The UM desktop client is 2.5
Anyway, it all works OK, but I need to have the VM messages put into the users Inbox, not a seperate PST. That kind of defeats the purpose of unified messaging. All our Windows Mobile users need the stuff in their Inboxes so they can get messages sync'ed and not sitting on a PC somewhere.
Has anyone found a good solution for this?
Thanks in advance for any advice or help.
Thanks,
Glenn

Maybe not the Best solution, but in Outlook, go into Organize. Then set up a RULE to move messages from the separate PST folder, to the users Inbox. Then any message that comes into the separate PST folder will then automatically get moved to the INBOX folder. Try it and see if it works. May have to play with the parameters to know which one will move ANY new message to the users Inbox.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
