Every contract signed has a stipulation for addendum billing based on our standard labor rate. Included in this, among other things, are troubleshooting telco problems. We would certainly have bill this out. Recently had an issue with Cox; billed customer, customer in turned called rep from Cox and was able to have a credit adjustment to their account. We did get paid.
