Lines are comming in to CID cards. Lines affected so far have been 002 and 031.
Problem has happened since the installation of a MOH device and a line segregation device. The line segregator seperates the lines I want to have MOH from the lines I do not want to have MOH on.
It worked fine for an entire week then line 002 had the issue of not disconnecting. Power cycled and within 24 hours line 031 had the same problem. Both lines have been fine since the last re-boot (10 hours ago).
Do you guys think I have the cards going bad or am I having a problem with this line segregation device and the CICS not seeing a disconnect?
Lines are set to supervision. What does link time do? Flash duration?
Thanks,
-MO

They were known for this. The new units will support DS and have solved this problem. I had a customer with a Skutch unit and we had their tech help on the phone for this problem. We had to update them to the new model to solve this.
