Need a little help. Running out of ideas.
MICS 7.0 software 12 lines Callpilot 150 3.1
Does not matter if call is inbound or outbound. If the far end hangs up first the switch does not disconnect the call. This is causing havic on the voicemail. messages are going until 2 min with a reorder tone.
Have tried lines in supervised mode and unsupervised mode ( just for testing).
Changed the dissconnect timer on all lines to all settings available. did not make a difference on any setting.
I have had the clec change there settings to anything from 1250ms to 300 ms and to match all settings on the system with no change.
Out of ideas any help would be appreciated. :bang:

Are the line cards LS/DS cards? The lines have to be set to supervised in order for this to work. It should work.

I know it should work but it isn't.
The cards are C1 cards. Forgot to add that earlier.

Put buttset on the line and make a call. Unswer it and hang up from the phone you are dialing in. If buttset still have a dial tone then provider does not send Disconnect supervision signal. If test Ok change trunk card.

You can also check the Dip Switches on the CI cards and make sure that they are set for North America.

Have you verified that Telco is providing Dissconnect? Have someone call in and someone answer the call. Put a Volt meter on the CO side of the block. You should show somewhere around 7 volts. Then have the FAR END hang up while the person on the Norstar stays on line. The Volts should drop to 0 for a second then back up to around 48.
