Just had a customer call me out to help them.
When I got to the site, found out he is setting up a test-bed system just to check out phones for one of his customers. He had the Opt-11 mounted inside a rack sideways. Can't get to anything or see anything very well. It is a used system, and do not know what release the MerMail is. But I was able to get him setup and into the system then into the MerMail Screen. PROBLEM: He doesn't know the password for the MerMail. Can someone send me any or all the Default Passwords to try. Hopefully it is still a default, but I don't find any info as to what a default password would be for the Option 11. Please PM me with some passwords to try. Thanks.
