Want to make a call pilot dial an external number if a user presses 3.

IE: For So And So Press 3 - It transfers to cell phone

I am pretty sure that the CP can do this, but will it put the call on hold? or will the caller hear the dialing and ringing?

Thanks.

Yes you can build a CCR tree with an external transfer point. The system puts the caller on hold while the system dials and then connects the call once the line starts to ring. So the caller will hear the ringing.

Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol
