Are you sure you put the new software in in the new KSU? The phone doesn't store any of that info, it's all in the flash card. Even set relocation wouldn't have that kind of effect.

Are you sure you didnt intialize and leave all at default.I went to school when we were still northern telcom and one of the guys was installing 6x16 all over jersey...joke was they just plugged in and left at default didnt have to lable...dint have to program ..just lickem and stickem..

I suppose it's possible they might have sent back original software but the cabinet was new, different sn. I know, after all the trouble I'd had, that they had the latest ksu cooking for a day or two before sending it out and to test the ATA port.
