Picture was taken and CLID was on the right side not the left. Caller ID now works. Tech who installed this did not know much about Norstar apparently.
Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol

IF you are still thinking of enabling the IRAD, you may want to go for the external RAD instead. I have seen too many IRAD's not work. Especially on the early 6.1 versions.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
