I would like to know how to get my line one to roll over into line two if busy, if that it is possible The system that I have is a nortel norstar system modular ics 4.0. Thanks

If you are talking about incoming, you will need to have a hunt group set up if you are using POTS lines. The local telco/clec can do this for you.
You'd need to get it set up with them if you want to have incoming calls roll over to the second line.
Key word is Hunt Group.
