You are in luck I am one of the last mitel auth tech support people left who will help people. What kind of dialer do you have? what software level. The program is called mpu but phone programming is much eaiser email me the info about the status of the dialer now IE is it fresh or in use if in use what programming is in it now, what do you want to do etc John

you don't need software. procomm will work fine.
need to know what's in 804, 810, & 811 if i remember right.
you can view it via a phone & a digit grabber or by using procomm connected to the serial port on it.
