A room was painted and the phones were unplugged during that time. After plugging them back in they no longer work. I did the disable and enable command for those TN's. One phone started flashing but neither have come back. Any idea's?
Thank You,
Troy

It's still diasabled. Enable all the cards in the system one at a time. Or it's plugged in the wrong jack.

I did a stat on it and it showed idle. I was doing a disu and enlu thru LD 20. Should I do this through LD 11 instead.
To enable and disable a card, would I do that through LD 11 as well? If the TN is 17 6 does that mean the phone resides on card 6?
As you can see I am learning thus all of the questions.
Thank You,
Troy

Enable/disable is the same through LD 11 or LD 20. And no the the TN 17 6 would be card 17 unit 6.
