Callpilot 150. Customer wanted to change the timeout on the AA menu prompt from ringing at ext 221, to directly leave a message in the gen mbox. So in F982 I programmed Atdt Available:N and Atdt:100. Changed Atdt to 100 in F983 in the corresponding greeting table. Now when calls time out from AA you hear "One moment please..." and then dead air. The call just hangs there. Same thing if using a CCR tree. Rebooted with no change. What's going on here?

You are putting the attendant as 100. Does 100 exist on the system as an extension? Or is it just a mailbox.

On the timeout, it's going to try to go out to an extension somewhere, not a mailbox.

I've had success with this setup on other systems. I did try 221 as attendant and available:N and the Callpilot actually continues to ring 221 on timeout.

Set Gen MB (MB 100) ext to 221 and then just call forward (F4) the reception phone to the voicemail DN whenever you want incoming calls to go directly to the general. This give an easy option to allow the reception to answer when available.

Mailbox 100 is assigned to 221. Because all calls initially ring on 221, forwarding to VM would disable my AA and that's not an option. I just want to eliminate calls re-ringing 221 from AA. The programming I described above should work but it doesn't. I'm thinking it's a bug. Anyone see this as a fix in newer software releases? Not exactly sure what version this 150 is running but I know it's some form of 2.0.

You didn't say that in your initial post. You gave the impression calls were answered by the AA.

Everything in F982 except "business open status" is overridden by entries in the table. Make sure the table entry for attendant is blank and 221 is your attendant in 982.
