I recently ran accross a customer with 3903/3904 sets that have a "must enter pass word " message
when trying to view call log data.
The particular set in question was a set that the user had recently quit.
I outed the set from software then rebuilt it, still,customer says it asks for pass word. Since it was late in the day and there was no manual available,I explained that I would research this.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
