pts technician Member Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 254 Grand Rapids, MI	Has anyone had this problem? I run a Summary Report and the Abandoned Calls don't match up. Example - The total Number of Presented Calls is 543, the total number of Answered Call Transactions is 513 and the total number of Abandoned Calls is 60. If I look at the calls broken down by hour, some of the Abandoned Calls is correct and on some of the hours its incorrect. Any help would be great.
