I have a customer that wants to have a sectatary set up a conference call for the boss and then transfer the call to him. I don't think you can do this but maybe somebody knows a work around. They have a MICS 6.1 system. Thanks for any info!

You 3 way calling from the telco. She can then transfer to the boss's phone.

They have a PRI on the system. I'll them them it can't be done. Thanks for the help.

She can Conference him in and hang up.
