Hi,
I searched the forum for this matter but found nothing. I think it's impossible but I want to be sure.
We sometimes record conversations with our customers and i wonder if it's possible to export the whole message in a wav format (or another) instead of listening to it via the mailbox?
We have a BCM50..

You can use unified massaging to download messages from the call pilot. When you forward the message to non-call pilot recipients it converts the email to a wav file. Its keycode activated.
