Sandman is the only place I have seen training videos. He needs competition! Just kidding, the sample clip on his site was pretty good.

I don't know how many videos are on this site, but it's the best place I know for telecom history. Bell System Memorial Home Page

JustBill hit the nail on the head. The Bell System Memorial Home Page has links that will tell you more about the telecommunications business and it's history than anything you could imagine. They even have links to history in other countries. Some even have .wav files to allow you to hear old or foreign ring/busy/intercept tones or messages.
I mean, some stuff in "Crusty Old Joe's page" (one of the links they have) even has pictures of actual central office buildings. There is a vast amount of information available at the site that Bill suggested.
The best thing is, it's a free site and worth visiting. One visit will make much of the stuff that Bill, Ken and I disucuss here make more sense to you. I might also add that I have learned a lot of what I know from there.

I agree, Jeff. I just perused one or two pages about the logos, and their history. I have also bookmarked it so I can go back when I have some more time. Wish I had known about it a long time ago!
