is there any way to program a paging trunk that produces dtmf tones, i need it for zone paging equipment.

YES - A standard Analog trunk port should do just that.
Now whether you get a return dial tone to then send the DTMF will depend on your page equipment.
But passing DTMF is normal with Analog trunk.

Sorry - it has been so long since I have seen an Opt-11, that I can't remember specific programming needed.
Someone else can pop in and help with that.

Depending on what paging equipment you're interfacing with you can program the route as PAG or WAT. Program one member on a NT8D14 card and hook up.
