Customer enters admin, Mbox, new, enters new mailbox number, extension number gets to class of service and gets the message can not continue.
I had them try a change or delete and the system gives the invalid number.

The mailbox they are trying to enter was in use before and they deleted it because the lady went maternity leave. Now that she is back the system will not take the number.
Reboot did not help.

They are able to add other new mailboxes.
Anyone seen this before?

Yes, the deletion process did not complete itself (no fault of the user or programmer). Unfortunately there is only one solution... reinstall.

You can of course use a different DN/MB combination or change the DN of the phone and then create a MB.
