i have a customer with a nortel 824 with dr5 software. also a flashtalk vm. if a caller dials o they are transfered to 221. customer wants to trasfer to a differant ext. i cant seem to get it done. i tried vm program assigning the attentant to the new ext, on in the system i tried prime set and control set. nothing worked. is there a way to do it on this system. thanks dave

There are two places in the VM to assign the attendant. Have you assigned it in both F982 and F983?

i only did it in 982. i didnt know there was a setting in 983. let me look at my manual again maybe i missed something.

F983/AA/Table/1/Next until you see ATDNT.

Hey Curly.... Haven't seen you in a while.  back F983 overrides the setting in F982.
