Is there a way to backup key codes before I do the reset. Thanks Rick

only way I can think of is to either do a back up the system or if you have access to Nortel web site, retrieve the keycodes. A level 1 reset does not erase the keycodes, just the config.

I went ahead and did the reset and the keycodes are gone. I know it was not a level 2 because all the patches are still there. So at this point I guess I have to go to Nortel. Oh I don't think that a backup will save the key codes. Thanks Rick
