I'm really getting frustrated now. The HG didn't work either. I can call the HG DN and all the sets rings as expected. The CFNA on 221 is set to HG 707, 3 rings. Calls do forward somewhere, but apparently not to HG 707.
If anyone can see what's wrong here, corrections would be appreciated. The setup: 221 CFNA: 707, 3 rings. Lines 001-004, 025-025, 049-052, 057-60 A&R
DN's 225, 239, 240, and 266 CFNA: None Lines 001-004, 025-025, 049-052, 057-60 Appear Only HG01 A&R
HG1: 707 Members: 225, 239, 240, and 266 Line Assignment: None Mode: Broadcast If Busy: Queue Queue Timeout: 15 Overflow: 708 Name: OVERFLW
HG2: 708 Members: 221 Line Assignment: None Mode: Broadcast If Busy: Queue Queue Timeout: 15 Overflow: 707 Name: OVERFLW
Thanks

Remove the lines from DN's 225, 239, 240, and 266 Do not have the lines appear or ring on the HG phones.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

Yes remove all lines from sets that are in a huntgroup.
I would program it as in my first post which is very similar.
Otherwise you 707 and 708 overflowing to each other.
The setup Revised: 221 CFNA: Vmail, 4 rings. Lines not assigned HG01 A&R
DN's 225, 239, 240, and 266 CFNA: Vmail, 4 rings Lines not assigned HG02 A&R
HG1: 707 Members: 221 Line Assignment: None Mode: Broadcast If Busy: Queue Queue Timeout: 15 Overflow: 708 Name: INBOUND
HG2: 708 Members: 225, 239, 240, and 266 Line Assignment: None Mode: Broadcast If Busy: Queue Queue Timeout: 15 Overflow: Vmail Name: BACKUP
Call comes in and rings HG01 (reception) for 15 secs then overflows to HG02(4 sets) for another 15 secs then drops in mailbox 100. And all those sets can still keep their mailbox and CFNA settings.
