I have a Norstar NAM Voice Mail System and the out calling feature for mailbox 500 has stop working. The CCR Tree is 1 and the path is 1 (I think). When callers call the auto attendant and dial 1 the call is to go to mailbox 500 and a greeting is to come on and tell the caller to leave a message and someone will call then back at the number they leave. After the caller leaves a message the out calling feature is to kick in and call a cell telephone number using the A line pool. Also how do you enter A? When I try the number 2 comes up. Thanks for the help.

Sounds to me like you had the wrong pool number entered. Make sure ALL lines in the pool have dial tone.

What I am trying to do is to make PATH 1 go to mailbox 500 and callers leave a message, after they leave message the mailbox uses the out dail feature to call a cell tel number.
All lines in pool have dial tone. This what I see in programming.
Tree 1
CHNG PRINT QUIT
Path 1
Retry END Ok
1 LVMSG
CHNG ERASE OK
MBOX:500
CHNG NEXT
DEST: HOME
CHNG OK
Out calling of MBOX 500 is what I am trying to accomplish.

I might be using the wrong wording.OFF-PREMISE MESSAGE NOTIFICATION IS WHAT I AM TRYING TO PROGRAM FOR MAILBOX 500.
