I received and installed a new NVM4.1 16 channels. It's up and running and the 165 mail boxes are working.
When I feature 915, nothing happens. Hangs and goes to inactive feature. I want to go in and make sure the channels we bought are all working. Any ideals as to why F915 access2 is not functioning?

Because it may have had a voice mail on the system before so it moves up.
Try keep going F916, 917 or 918 etc.

Yeah, that was it Curly. I recalled that today and tried it. Bingo. There is a way to reset that, but I don't remember it, and didn't write it down. Has to do with the phone system itself.
