We list properties for sale and we're looking for a system that will allow callers to hear a pre-recorded message about a property and then give them the option to press a number and be forwarded to the owner's contact phone.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

a phone system with did numbers attached to mailboxes would allow you to give individual info about each property and then allow a number to be dialed for call forward option. How much info per property is key. Many phone systems can do this.-----------------John

A system that supports programming a voicemail "tree" should work, but as John mentioned, your solution depends on the amount of properties, how much information you need to provide to callers, your current system, etc.
Can you provide us with more information?

all you need is a voice mail system that dialing an extension number in the automated attendant goes right to a mailbox. then within the mailbox have dial actions that a)lets the caller return to the main menu to dial an other mailbox or b) transfer using a dial code to an announcement mailbox with the contact info.

Thanks for the responses. The recorded messages describing the properties should be around 30sec to 1 min. We might have 400-500 properties for sale at any given time.
I don't think we'd want to handle this in-house, so we're leaning towards a hosted IVR system at this point, but I'm could be persuaded otherwise.

A local hosted voice mail provider should be able to handle this, many Realestate people already use thier voice mail.

Sorry, I'm still a little confused... Hi Ralph and welcome, What we need to better help you, is more information about your current set-up, if you're looking to integrate it with your existing system or if you're looking to do a hosted IVR. The more details, the better! Thanks, Tony
