I'm sure on the older s/w that you can't use the speed dial buttons as described.

You might be right Rich. I don't have any systems with 4.1 and PRI. I avoid them like the plague, too unstable. So I can't even try to emulate the problem.
Have you tried putting the speed dial on the phone and not on the CAP?

I figured it out....I programmed a link key "F71" and it works smooth! Thanks for taking time out to try and help me guys.

Good job, Tim. If you are using the link feature, the transfer is taking place at the CO, not in the MICS. Good info.
