Strange problem - when this customer calls this other site from the T7316'6 the CCR prompts all say 'invalid extension'. It is not recognizing the digits. If you call from your cell phone it works fine. If I make a call from that MICS to any of my other customers with CCR it works fine. The only real common thread is both the MICS and the CICS site have the same Telco provider - TWTC. Any thoughts?

Could be that you are using a STARTALK Flash system. MICS 7.1 just loves a Call Pilot installed.
Thanks

What versions are the CICS and Flash?
What happens when your office or any other land line site calls their CICS?

Not sure - it is one of their offices 90 miles away that I have never been on site to. In addition to what I said above one of their other MICS 7.1 sites does not have the problem when calling into them; all four CCR options work fine. Even the one that has the problem is intermittent; working fine right now. Is there anything on the MICS to make the DTMF more 'pronounced'? I remember the Flashes had some hidden maint programming option for DTMF sensitivity but I forget how to access that. Not sure I want to if only one site is experiencing the problem when calling in.

If this other site is running one of the first Callpilot softwares, there is a known issue that the system will only answer one call, when the channels are busy. If it is only 90 minutes, I would go to site and confirm system and software levels to further troubleshoot.
Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol
