A "Park" button does just that.....Parks the call. Only way I know of to retrieve a "Parked Call" is to take an Intercom line on any phone & dial the code 101,102, etc.
If you have another solution, please explain in detail.

SWCA key are associated with Park and Hold
You must have an available Intercom key if you dont use line appearances.
Its under T&S/userpref.

When SWCA is invoked on a call, any phone that has that SWCA button on it will act like a line appearance. Call comes in, and it put on SWCA button 524. Any phone with SWCA button 524 on it can see the line flashing and pick it up.
At that time it clears on all other phones, and can be used for any other call.
