Once the Prime Line (we have 2 lines only) is set can you set the second line to automatically pick up when lifting the receiver while line #1 is engaged, or do I have to continue to choose the line button first. I would like to (when line #1 is in use) be able to simply lift the receiver without pressing the line #2 button first. Thanks!

Put both lines into a line pool. Then make the pool be the prime line.

Picking up the receiver will give you Line 2 first. If that is in use, then you will get Line 1.

Jim, You are the man of the hour! You gave me the tools to fix my problem WITHOUT the help of an installer! Thanks so much!
