Hello Everyone,

I just install the CIC (ta30893) and finish to program the 900 series code.
but i just got "call on CO1" instead of the phone number or name. (phones are kx-t7730)
I already check the card and it's working properly.

I check with phone company and already enable the caller Id but still nothing on my side.

Any idea ?

System program "Caller ID Assignment" must be enabled.

If you have already done this, connect a known working single line CID phone directly to the phone line and see if it works.
