Is there a way for the KX-TA to do a "CO hook flash" from a SLT port so TELCO "Call Forward" feature can be used to transfer an incoming CO call to an outside number? (not a two CO line transfer/conf)
On the Panasonic DBS a SLT can ICM hook flash, dial 87 (feature code for CO hook flash), get CO dial tone, dial an outside number then hang up. The call is then transferred by the Central Office to the new number thereby releasing the CO line on the DBS.

Not sure of the feature code. flash *6 is used to answer call waiting on a slt that may work. I am not sure if call fowarding from the co would do what you are looking for, you may need a call transfer feature. call fowarding would instatntly transfer the call when active the enduser would not be able to pick the call up in the first place. call transfer will allow the enduser to transfer an incoming co call back out to another outside line.
