Donna,
Have you found any software yet? I use ProAdmin from access-networks, but they do offer other software packages that would probably suit you better such as ComSystemsPro. Another software application would be Wintac Pro. I think it's alot more expensive than the other software.

Thanks, I have not purchased software yet, but soon. Does the software you mention have a website? I am very interested in a software I found on the web called S2 (aka Cat 5 Enterprises). I worked for a couple companies who have used Tigerpaw, everyone seems satisfied with it.

Thanks so much for your reply. I too have heard that Tigerpaw is quite impressive and I am sure I would be "satisfied" with it. But I want to be "excited" that I made the best choice for the overall company, not just satisfy a certain area of our business was well taken care of.
