Ive got a phone here thats showing the blinking light for a message, and the display reads 'Msg NAME', the name being someone from another ext. when I try to retreive the message, theres nothing in there. I have deleted the mailbox and created a new one and it still doesnt work. I have replaced the phone and it still goes blinky blink and shows 'Msg NAME'.

How do I fix this or get it to go away?
