BLK, you didn't mention what type of CO lines these are. Is it on 1 CO or all? Is it on 1 station port or system wide? Obviously if it's only 1 port you would look at the set and cabling 1st. MrG

MrG you are a tuff task master. It is on both incoming co's main and 1 rollover as well as the fax line as a third outgoing but when set to ring I have the delay. the lines are standard sbc/att or whoever they are today. It is system wide as well both desk and portable. I just got another 824 and probably next week will switch it. I will post what happens. Thanks
S.N.C how is the weather in Nantucket in the beginning of March? I will be spending aprox 2 1/2 weeks there working on a project.

Before I changed the control I think I would try a default 2 or 3 times and reprogram it. You can save all the programming on your laptop and with that small of a system you could probably do it through the display set in 10 minutes if you had to. MrG
