Just my two cents, but I have had the best luck with Powerware brand UPS systems. They are a better commercial grade UPS and even some of the bigger guys like Avaya rebrand Powerware systems under the Avaya name. For basic work stations and stuff, APC, Minuteman, etc.. are fine. For the PBX and server applications, I would go with a commercial brand like Powerware or Leibert.
