Hi.

Anyone knows how the Report feature works, I make calls but nothing is there?

Is this feature configurable?

Is this in on the telephone system?

If it is you have to turn on print outgoing calls and incoming call if you want to capture in bound calls under smdr settings

I am sorry. I did not clarify it well enough. This feature to which I pertain is the TVA-50's.

The voice mail has seris of different reports. I am trying to figure out how it operates. I keep using the phones making calls but have still old calls made in nov or december. Last night I cleared all reports. and since then have made several phone calls including international... no notation in any of these reports regarding hose phone calls. Nothing in fact!

AND WHO SAID IT DID NOT? Last time I checked TVA50 WAS a voice mail system.

the voice mail system doesn't log outgoing calls from the phone system unless it makes them itself the reports section logs things that the v/msystem does

ie if your using auto attendant and a call is recieved when the caller presses 1 for sales that information will be logged.also how many calls got transfered to an ext,mailbox or outside line by the v/mail, also howmany calls were answered by the v/m.
if you need logging for calls you make than you need to plug into the phone system printer port an switch on printing.

Really? So what's CALL ACCOUNT REPORT (Group calls by mailbox)OR group call by PORT???

Perhaps you are right... Maybe the numbers I saw were generated from external message delivery or notifications and such.

Would you know how to manage how numbers are presented, I can't seem to get rid of that leading 9...

If you have the printer connected to the telephone system the leading number 9 is not printed.

To manage calls you would need a call logging software, other wise you will have to scroll down the page and look at the calls as they were made.

Sorry, ( no reason to shout) but you presented 2 items, TA824 and TVa50. It (TVA50) only logs and reports its own activity.

Thanks for clarifying things... Wish Panasonik would clarify these things in the manual.
