Dang! MrG!
Its so obvious! Thanks for helping me see through this. I was so caught up in trying to learn the TDAMS software that I did not realise the solution was in front of my eyes! :toast:
If I still persist in using DISA, then I am doomed as the customer would not buy any more cards like the OGM and stuff.
I'll see what I can do this Fri/Sat as now my schedule has changed and I am on a last minute 600km-odd trip to the South for a service call.
I re-edited also to say, 80% of them are using SLT phones, so I will have to reprogram a more friendlier line access codes for them and not the [*37xxx] sequence.

it would be 808ext#=trunk group number on other system plus 3 or 4 digit ext number .Where did you get *37 from? you could put key players on other system in system speed dial and get a dial code down to 4 digits .

Jojon,
Over here, [*37XXXX} is the code for the System's Numbering Plan for Single CO Line Access. Maybe its because of where I am based, the codes might have changed to suit this country.
Thanks a lot guys. I am going to see them on Friday or Saturday.

Its the same here but if you have a group of 4 ext's why not put the 4 ext in a trunk group and you'd actually be able to dial by name off display phones with system speed dial..

Jojon, I am not sure on how to do a trunk group though, and everyone's using SLT phones. The software is going to take me some time to get used to it. Not only that, the Panasonic guys are not answering my calls much nowadays MrEngineer, please send your link via PM or email. Thank you, MrG

Sorry about that.
Anyway, now I understood what Jojon meant by Trunk Groups. Should have seen that earlier and then the customer does not have to test their luck with the single CO line access code.
