I believe the password for admin mailbox 998 has been accidentally deleted. I can not log into it, it tells me the action is not authorized and hangs up.

How can I reset the password????

BTSphones. I don't think it can be deleted by mistake, sounds like the mailbox access is not allowed from the handset, you will need to log on with the maintenance tool and allow access and set up a password,

BTS, welcome
I don't believe your having password issues.
In the security settings of the TVS you need to authorize access by phone.
You will have to go in through the laptop.
