I had a problem with the TDA USB driver trying to get it to work on a Win 2000 server. Was told by Panasonic tech support that the 32 bit driver won't work on the server because the server uses 64 bit drivers. Stopped trying to get it to work when PTS told me this.

Doesnt make sense, windows 2003 is a 32 bit OS as well (both its offered in 64 bit but we dont run that).
Doesnt matter now, we're getting the lan card so we'll configure it that way instead of via a 2nd machine.

What I wrote was that I had a problem with the server being 64 bit as a precaution to you. It wasn't stated that your server was 32 bit but if your getting the LAN interface card, then that's a different story.
