Yeah, I told them I need to move the system if they want service. They agreed.

I do not have the software, as I'm not an authorized Panasonic dealer (hint-hint).

Any Panasonic techs out there wanna help out an old Samsung tech on this system? The customer has some simple requests, and I can't seem to get out of my own way on this. If someone feels charitable, and can talk me through a procedure or two, I'd be more than happy to return the favor to someone.

Thanks in advance.

OK, I'll keep buggin you here with questions.

I have most of it set up, but I do not have it directing to the VM correctly. Can I get some help with this, as it is quite different than what I used to program back with the old 1232's. That was unique programming, but it made sense to me. This is very cryptic.

"I do not have it directing to the VM correctly"

What do you want to happen and under what conditions?

I would like for group 301 to forward to the Auto attendant - instead it forwards to an unknown mailbox that the original installer recorded a greeting for.

I put several extentions into ICD group 301, and would like it to go into AA after X amount of rings. The lines that go directly to AA work fine.

Is that enough to help with a diagnosis?

Is there a custom service setup and that is your AA?
The calls are now going to mailbox 301.
If you are using a custom service then just delete mailbox 301, send the overflow destination to whatever you have for the VM floating group number and adjust the overflow time until you reach the amount of rings you want.

If you are not using a custom service to answer incoming calls then that's another ball game and takes a bit of programming which is to involved to get into on the forums.
