Hello, I have a Panasonic KX-T7453 phone and the shift light came on and I don't know why or how to turn it off. It seems to continue to shift through the menus as I push it, but the light never goes off on one phone. Please advise.
Thank you. Charles.

if you have missed calls on your phone the shift button will light. press it until you see old xx new xx ( xx being the number of calls) press the button under new and scroll through the numbers, when the neww = 0 the light will clear

Do you know if there is a way to disable that light from coming on? I got a really picky customer that I just added a cid card on a 1232 and know he's complaining about the shift light.

No, not on the UK unit anyway. it will only be on if he misses a direct call to his phone or if he is set as attendant, it should not log calls that are in a dil 1:n

I'm asuming attendant=operator, if that's the case then you solved my issue... thanks.
