I inherited a customer that I am currently trying to pry this boat anchor away from them and put them in a shiny new system. That being said, they just moved some of their own extentions around (Of course THEN called me!)and have basically 2 types of phones, 12-button and 24 button. They don't know what extentions used to be where and there of course is no programming sheets with the system. I checked the phone type under the FF3 program and they all look to be correct. Am I going to have to reprogram all of their flex keys to have the correct appearance? I think I already know the answer that I don't want to hear just in time for them to decide to buy a new system. I think that I answered my own question so thank you very much for your help! Damn, you guys are good!
