I am working with a 1232 with KXT-VS225 voice mail. When a message is left on the individual extensions the message waiting lamp does not come on. There is a button labeled message but does not come on at any extension. I have checked out the message waiting notification setting and it is set to on. PLEASE HELP, I have been working on it for two hours.

You probably need to assign the key in programming.

Make sure that "all calls transfer to mailbox"
is not set.
Also make sure that MW is set in the COS.
