Hi All,
Gotta go to a job this morning where they want an outside line to ring directly into a mailbox. Could be an existing extension but I think they would prefer a guest mailbox if possible and if so can I create a virtual mailbox btn for that extension. Any info on this would be a great help.
Thanking you all in advance for your time,
Paul

Paul, you can have a CO line dil 1-1 to an extension with forward all calls to voicemail set. The port will have to exist in the system but you don't need the actual phone connected.
MWL depends on the version of the TD1232 but you can always set that mailbox to copy or move the message to another extension. ------------------------ MrG
