Is it possible to transfer a call that has been answered to a voice mailbox(not all calls). Is it possible through the intercom to leave a message in a voice mailbox, I've tried with no success.

Thank-you

What system is the tva50 connected to? I'll asume it's a tda.

VTR button to transfer callers to a mailbox.

Do you want to be able to make an intercom call and if no one answers it go to the mailbox of that extension? If so intercept all extensions to the voice mail in extension settings.

1. on your handset press Program
2. press the up arrow until you see VTR
3. press enter
4. dial the voicemail access number ( the extension you dial to listen to your messages (500 or 165)
5. press store
to use
on recieving a call you wish to send to someones mailbox.
1. answer call
2. press your VTR Button
3 dial the extension no: of the person you wish to leave the message for
hang up.
(dont wait for an answer from the VM)

To expand on KXTVET, Pan v mail is easy to use if you remember only 4 commands #6 #6* #8 and 2

Matters not where you are, inside, outside or China.

If you hear the VM talking (matters not what it is saying) #6 plus mailbox gets the mailbox greeting
2 skips greeting, say your peace and hang up. Unless you wish to do another task.
To leave another message, soon as you finish saying your message, #6 plus another box number, then 2 to skip and leave as many messages as you wish in 1 call. Finish leaving messages and want to check messages? #6* plus your mailbox number and check your messages. When finished remember you need to tell the receptionist something important, #8 and ext number rings the phone, if you get VM but want a live person #8 plus another ext or ring group. only 1 call needed.
