LOL. So today, or this morning, I got to reading my 624 manual and found 968. It's the lamp control for a 77xx series phone. You CAN control how the DSS/BLF behaves in the "new" phones.
Doesn't help on 7020's though. Now if I can find where you can control the sequence of outgoing lines like I was looking for.....
