I have one more issue with this TVA50.
I call in and dial the users extension. The caller has recorded the no answer greeting. Yet when I call and dial the extension, I am getting the system greeting of "sorry, no one is available for your call. Press 1 to leave a message......"
Thoughts?

Change transfer sequence in vm transfer call to extension to fxa or fxd and use fwd busy no answer to vm or intercept in extension settings
This will also get rid of you have a call announcement when receiving a call from vm
